Production Manager: Direct and manage all production and sanitation within plant that operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Work closely with engineering, maintenance, quality, production planning, sales, and warehouse to accomplish manufacturing objectives in a safe and efficient manner. Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and work force. Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business; minimum of five years food, dairy, or neutraceutical production experience; technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes; previous supervisory/managerial experience; knowledge of sanitation requirements; proven problem solving and decision making skills, strong computer skills, high-level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements/Demands: Work performed in a manufacturing environment with minimal chance for personal injury.
