Main Street supply chain strengthens with promotion

La Crosse, WI - Main Street Ingredients is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Goodenough, longstanding member of MSI’s production planning and implementation program, to Supply Chain Manager.
Goodenough’s role will serve as the backbone of Main Street’s vertically integrated supply structure. “Dave’s comprehensive knowledge of our internal and external supply networks strengthens our ability to preserve quality ingredient sources, refine efficiencies and improve lead times for our customers — ultimately allowing us to maintain a global level of success in the industry,” says Bill Schmitz, MSI President.

Fabian strengthens Main Street’s beverage division

As part of Main Street Ingredients’ recent market-focused restructuring, Carla Fabian, RD, has been appointed Account Manager of MSI’s beverage business group. As Account Manager, Fabian will provide counsel to dairy, specialty and nutritional beverage manufacturers on optimizing cost structure and product performance.
As an advisor in full beverage formulation, Fabian will aid manufacturers in developing desired characteristics such as viscosity, mouthfeel, body, and flavor through the incorporation of various ingredient systems including Main Street’s specialty brands like Keystone® Stabilizers and Cornerstone® Proteins.
“Carla is the perfect fit for our beverage division. Her extensive technical knowledge within the nutritional and nutraceutical industries, as well as her professional background as a registered dietician, will prove to be a unique asset to our customers,” says Mike Homewood, Director of Sales. “With Carla’s notable record of guiding private label companies to successful product launches, we are fully confident that she will continue to produce significant results for our beverage customers on the ingredients side.”
