PLANT MANAGER
Directly manages production operations in addition to planning, designing, developing and determining new equipment and process systems for a 3-shift operation. Requires experience in management and 3–5 years in manufacturing, as well as a background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures. Dairy and/or nutrition plant experience, strong computer skills, high-level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills a plus.

BATCHERS - ALL SHIFTS
Primary duties: according to Blend Sheets, the Batcher drives a forklift to locate and pull ingredients, weigh out appropriate amounts, stage products for production, and complete appropriate paperwork.
Qualifications and physical requirements: H.S. diploma or equivalent, basic data entry/computer skills, ability to read and understand Blend Sheets, basic math skills, and forklift driving experience as well as ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and constant exposure to dust and food allergens. 1st Shift – M-F, 7a-3p; 2nd Shift – M-F, 3p-11p; or 3rd Shift – S-F, 11p-7a
