La Crosse, WI — September 6, 2005 – Main Street Ingredients announces the promotion of Ellen Lusk to Sales Manager, Food Ingredient Group. Her previous position was Senior Account Manager and Purchasing—Dairy Ingredients.
Lusk will lead the Food Ingredient Group which is responsible for buying, selling, trading and distributing dairy ingredients, non-dairy proteins, specialty powders and hydrocolloids. As the sales manager, she will oversee the sales and purchasing functions, including inventory management and sales training.

Lusk has been involved in the food industry for 14 years. Her contribution in the purchasing and selling of ingredients has been significant to the company. Starting in customer service and moving to sales and purchasing has given Lusk a wide range of experience.
