NEW ACCOUNT MANAGER, FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS GROUP, ERIC HALLSTEAD - November 3, 2005
La Crosse, WI — November 3, 2005 – Main Street Ingredients, a leader in providing high quality food ingredients to the dairy, nutritional and food processing industries, announces the appointment of Eric Hallstead as Account Manager in the Functional Systems Group.
Hallstead will primarily be responsible for marketing Main Street’s Keystone(TM) line of functional stabilizer systems. He brings over 15 years of experience in the dairy industry, with an extensive background in research and development, focusing on ice cream and aseptics.

Hallstead received his Bachelor’s Degree at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. His professional achievements include the management of the pilot plant operation at Cornell University, and the development of a unique facility to produce carbonated dairy-based beverages.
