Alto Dairy is a cooperative owned by dairy farm families. Alto’s dairy producers manufacture more than 550,000 pounds of American and Italian style cheese per day at the company’s Wisconsin facilities from a daily intake of more than five million pounds of milk.

Whey produced by Alto Dairy is marketed worldwide by Main Street Ingredients through a long-term marketing alliance. Main Street Ingredients uses the whey products for dairy ingredient applications in the nutritional and food processing industries.
